Shipping and Returns

RETURN POLICY:

Exchanges can be processed by mailing back the item(s) to be returned then placing a new order. There are no direct exchanges.

Return request must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the order.

A return label will be provided within 2-3 days of the request.

The return shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of the return label.

Items must be returned in a condition that does not reflect any wash, wear or damage. In a case that items are returned in an unacceptable condition, the customer will be responsible for shipping expenses returning the item(s) back to them.

Hang Tags must not be removed and should remain in place in its original condition in order for a return to be processed for refund.

Please put the return item(s) in a sealed envelope or box, and attach the return label to the package.

Once a package is ready to be shipped out, please drop it off at your nearest location of the service provider mentioned in the shipment label.

Items bought at 50% sale or higher are final sale and no returns will be processed for them.

REFUND POLICY:

You will receive a full refund for the item(s) returned that are not final sale and are returned following guidelines.

All terms and conditions must be maintained in order to receive a refund.

The amount will be refunded within 14 days of the shipping date of the return.

Orders paid through PayPal will receive a refund to the respective PayPal account.

SHIPMENT POLICY:

Canada:

1. All orders above $75 will be free of charge in Ontario.

2. All orders of $100 or more will be free of charge.

3. All orders below $75 will be charged a flat rate CA $12/shipment for shipping in Ontario. The same rate will be applicable for the return.

4. All orders below $100 will be charged a flat rate CA $15/shipment for shipping outside Ontario. Same rate will be applicable for the return also.

USA:

1. All orders and returns above US $100 will be free of charge.

2. All orders below US $100 will be charged a flat fee of US $25/shipment.

3. All returns for an order below US $100 will be charged a flat fee of US $25/shipment.

DUTIES AND TAXES TO USA:

1. For exchange of product(s) no additional duty will be charged for the same product / price.

2. For a full return US Customs does not refund the duty already charged. Therefore, in case of a return, only the amount paid for the product will be refunded. Duty amount WILL NOT be refunded.
