For both returns and exchanges, the items must be returned in a condition that does not reflect any wash, wear or damage. In a case that items are returned in an unacceptable condition the customer will be respnosible for shipping expenses returning the item(s) back to them.

Returns:

Returns must be sent out by 14 days of having recieved the order.

For international shipments, please put the return item(s) in a sealed envelope or box and attatch the return label to the package

For domestic shipments, returns will be processed upon request. Please email customerservice@ahiri.ca to initiate this process.


Exchanges:

Please emial customerservice@ahiri.ca if you would like to exchange any items and we will verify first if the replacement is available in our inventory and an exchange can be processed.

We currently offer USD and CAD payments for our customers.

We are working on offering more options so you can purchase in your local currency.

We process all refunds within 14 days of receipt of the return and upon approval of the return. Your refund will be processed through the same payment method used for your original order.

Please email customerservice@ahiri.ca if the item is not in the condition you expected. Please attach some photos so that we can conduct a complete verification and provide the best solution for you.

As soon as your order is placed you will receive an email with your tracking number. Click the link to check the status of your shipment.
