Shipping & Returns-backup


Exchanges can be processed by mailing back the item(s) to be returned then placing a new order. There are no direct exchanges.

Returns must be sent out by 14 days of having received the order.

For every item that is being returned, please checkmark the corresponding box under column “R” and include this invoice in the return package for it to be processed.

Items must be returned in a condition that does not reflect any wash, wear or damage. In a case that items are returned in an unacceptable condition the customer will be responsible for shipping expenses returning the item(s) back to them.

Hang Tags must not be removed and should remain in place in its original condition in order for a return to be processed for refund.

Please put the return item(s) in a sealed envelope or box and attach the return label to the package.

Once a package is ready to be shipped out, please drop it off at your nearest Canada Post centre for packages within Canada. For return packages in the US, once ready please schedule a DHL pickup or drop it off at the nearest DHL location.

Items bought at 50% sale or higher are deemed final sale and no returns will be processed for them.


You will receive a full refund for the item(s) returned that are not final sale and are returned following guidelines.

The amount should be returned within 10-14 days of the shipping date.

Orders paid for through PayPal will receive a refund to the respective PayPal account.


All shipments in Ontario will be free of charge

All orders 100 dollars and above will be free of charge in whole of Canada

All other shipments will be charged a flat rate CA$ 10/shipment

All returns will be free of charge

All shipments above US$ 100 will be free of charge

All shipments below US$ 100 will be charged a flat fee of US$20/shipment
